Founder and Chief Executive Officer/Chairwoman of the Board of the training and business consulting firm, kiisa corporation. She has been a leader in business holding executive positions with retail corporations in New Orleans, Louisiana and Houston, Texas. She has also shared her business consulting skills, pro bono, via grant writing and developmental services for various Louisiana non-profits.

She obtained a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from Southeastern Louisiana University. She is a retired educator, and experienced trainer. Sharon is a professional not only in business, but has also served the public, private, and home-school systems of Louisiana. She has worked in varied educational environments including those working with adolescents displaying behavioral and/or educational challenges.

From 1994 to present, she volunteers her time to instruct weekly music classes for Slidell Christian Academy students and also provides educational seminars to their educators. She continues to plan and execute school-based seasonal productions with these students annually. She has chaired the National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) Disability Job Fair, and serves on the Louisiana WorkPays Coalition,  and has served on the Southeastern Louisiana University/Delgado Community College/St. Tammany Parish School Board NETT Conference Committee, and the Education Committee of the East St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce. She recently received a community service award for volunteerism with fundraising events.
