Founder and COO of the training and business consulting firm, kiisa corporation. He attended Southeastern Louisiana University and the University of South Alabama in the study of Liberal Arts. He has served as Vice-President of Operations for a national biomedical company serving the Southeastern United States region, as a statewide and national director for health lines in New Orleans, LA and in San Francisco, CA, and has served on several executive teams for business, and non-profits, since 1985.
David is the co-author of, Customer Management: The kiisa Service Cycle. Published by Esquire Books, Inc. in 2013, this book is a training guide and business book concentrating on business models, case studies, principles, and interactive training activities pertaining to stellar customer management and service.
He is a successful author, trainer, workplace consultant, grant writer, inspiring public speaker and has been instrumental in providing programmatic, developmental, and educational services for business and highly visible non-profits. He has also served on many community boards and committees for organizations including, but not limited to; the Louisiana Veterans Festival, the National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) Disability Job Fairs, the Louisiana WorkPays Coalition, the Southeastern Louisiana University NETT Conference Committee, the East St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce, the St. Tammany Parish Alliance for Good Government Executive Board, LSUHSC/Tulane Medical Center Community Advisory Board, Stanford University/Project Inform Community Advisory Board, Access to Dignity, East St. Tammany Habitat for Humanity, and the Florida Parishes Chapter of the National Association of Fundraising Professionals. National recognition’s include honorary speaker for Georgetown University, and other national organizations, as well as various community service awards from civic and non-profit organizations. David resides in Slidell, Louisiana where kiisa’s main office is located.
